The beautiful vacation home “Villa Marinella Gris” is situated in Cala d’Or, and is only a short walk from the sea and the marina. The 280 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, air conditioning, and satellite television, as well as a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden, open and covered terrace spaces with seating furniture, deck chairs and great views over the bay and the mountains. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun, cool off in the pool or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot within 3-6 minutes, and the marina is located only 200m away. The nearest sandy beach is a 9-minute walk (750 m) from the property. You will also find many cafés, bars and restaurants along the scenic marina and coves. From the property, it is a 15-minute drive (12 km) to Santanyí, and Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 60-minute drive (62 km), while the airport is a 50-minute drive (54 km) away.
