Huge villa with private pool located in Sa Cabaneta, very close to Palma and very well communicated with all the roads of the island. Central geographical location which allows easy access to all the cultural and touristic points of interest of Mallorca.
This fantastic property stands out for its gigantic private swimming pool, next to a large barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. It has a private tennis court where you can feel like the local idol Rafa Nadal. Entering the villa you enter through the large and spacious living room, which has 6 double bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. It also has 3 complete bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, two lounges and two dining areas, as well as a very large terrace.
The village, Sa Cabaneta, is only 500 metres away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and various shops. To go to the beach we recommend to go by car. The nearest sandy beaches are at a distance of 10km, it takes about 10 minutes to get there. Also, due to its fantastic connections it is possible to travel quickly to the north, south or any other direction.
The city centre is 20 minutes by bus from the house and from there you can visit all the tourist attractions of the city of Palma: the cathedral, the town hall, shopping streets, squares and other places of cultural interest. The centre of Palma is full of restaurants, shops and different points of tourist and cultural interest.
Undoubtedly your best option to rest, disconnect and enjoy the beautiful city of Palma with family or friends at any time of the year. An unbeatable option for your holidays, we are waiting for you with open arms!

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has central heating. There is no air-conditioning but clients will be provided with the necessary fans.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.00 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs can be provided per booking. Please specify if you need them after booking to have them ready for your arrival.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
