Beautiful luxury country estate with a total area of 21.000 m2, consisting of a set of 4 independent and isolated buildings.
This estate has all the advantages of an individual property, but can accommodate groups of up to 29 people in the 4 houses, in a total of 13 bedrooms plus 2 rooms for extra beds, with 4 independent kitchens, 4 independent living rooms and a large glassed-in room perfect as a meeting point with space for up to 40 diners.
The maximum total capacity of the houses is up to 25 adults.
Aditionally and free of charge, a maximum of 4 children (under 12 years of age) can be added. For legal reasons, under no circumstances will groups with a larger capacity than that authorised for each of the properties be allowed to stay overnight.
The complex, surrounded by terraces and gardens, is made up of the following 3 properties with an independent holiday licence:a) Ca's Misser: a beautiful old house full of charm and history. This house is made up of a main building, with a large kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite with the main bedroom), a beautiful living room in the oldest part of the house and a spacious attic.
At the side of the large swimming pool that this house has, we find an annexe building which is completely independent. This building has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a living-dining room. Its location next to the swimming pool makes this property a perfect place to enjoy the swimming pool and the good climate of Mallorca.
a) The Ca's Misser property is registered in the Tourist Housing Register, with a capacity for up to 9 adults (over 12 years old).
b) Ca's Misser Petit: a house with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 of them en suite), a living room and a large dining room with a capacity for up to 40 people, perfect for family gatherings.The property Ca's Misser Petit is registered in the Tourist Housing Register, with a capacity for up to 8 adults (over 12 years old).
c) Sa Nau: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite in the main bedroom), living room and kitchen. The property is surrounded by lawn, which is very cool in the hot Mallorcan summers.
The Sa Nau estate is registered in the Tourist Housing Register, with a capacity for up to 8 adults (over 12 years old).
All the rooms have air conditioning except the attic of the old house.
Each property has its own private services (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, electrical appliances, etc.), which make each group feel comfortable, with the desired intimacy and privacy. The extensive garden surrounding the property has a volleyball net, football goals, ping pong table, a parking area for 8 cars and various areas where you can relax to read a book, have a cup of tea or enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. Algaida, known for its good gastronomy and its ancient traditions, is one of the largest municipalities in extension of the Pla de Mallorca. Situated in the centre of the island, you can easily reach the points of interest in the north of the island, the Sierra de Tramontana, the paradisiacal beaches of the south of Mallorca or the capital of the island, Palma. The golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca are only 5 minutes by car from the estate, and the well-known Playa de Palma or s'Arenal, ideal for leisure time, is 20 minutes away.
If you arrive by the motorway from Manacor, you will see a series of elements immersed in the landscape that personalise the village; the almond trees, the fig trees, old inns and undulating paths that lead to Randa, the highest mountain in the Pla and the best viewpoint in the interior of Mallorca. In Algaida there is, in short, a balance between the elements of the mountain and the plain, both in the shapes of its wide landscape and in its inhabitants.
This town has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. It has a complete mechanical workshop at your disposal.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 150€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 150€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gas oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in all rooms and common areas and lounges. They can be set to heat mode during the winter.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
Free wifi in all accommodation and good coverage in most outdoor areas.
All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
If the property is rented out for events, the tenant is obliged to apply for any necessary administrative authorisation at their own expense.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please moderate the noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
