All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.


The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.


All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.


Late check-in to the property after 21h will incur a supplement of 50€.


Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
