It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them equipped with air conditioning, and 2 complete bathrooms, a large living room tastefully decorated with a pleasant fireplace, a spacious dining room with views of the bay, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. In addition, the exterior has a large terrace, porch with chill-out area, barbecue, private swimming pool with relaxing sunbeds, internet and everything necessary for your comfort.



This property is located in a quiet area, just a few metres from the sea and a few kilometres from some of the best beaches and coves on the island. It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, offering a perfect combination of privacy and proximity to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer.



As for public transport, the nearest stop (31112) is 800m away, it is a direct line to Palma.

All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has 3 air conditioners, although the client can be provided with the necessary fans. There is no heating.




The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.




All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
