It is the former "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday flats with all luxury of details, in which modern design elements are merged with details of classical Mallorcan architecture of great value and some pieces of the museum that once was.



Situated on a ground floor but perfectly isolated. It has a capacity for 2 people, one bedroom with a double bed. It has a small and beautiful courtyard inside where you can enjoy and relax in complete harmony. Both the building and the flat are fully equipped with all the necessities for you to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street with very little traffic. You will be able to enjoy the essence of the city of Palma de Mallorca on foot from its historic centre.

- A deposit of 250€ will be retained during your stay.




Rules

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalised.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the flat.



-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridor, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.



-any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the security deposit as well.








"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the protocols of professional cleaning and prevention to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it has no common areas.




Note: The flat is located in an area for residents only. For access to the property by car, it is imperative that we contact the Town Hall to request a driving licence for you. We will provide you with instructions at the time of booking.
