The beautiful and spacious country home “Can Medina” is situated in the seaside resort Cala Sant Vicenç, near Port d’Alcúdia, and is perfect for relaxing holidays with the whole family or groups of friends on the sea. The 200 m² holiday home extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room (in all bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen), a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The extensive private outdoor area will impress you with a covered terrace, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. You can bask on the deck chairs and take refreshing swims in the pool (approx. 4 x 8 m) or spend fun afternoons playing table tennis. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Molins, is only 850 m or a 10-minute walk from the property, and you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy and a variety of cafés and restaurants within 5 minutes on foot. Port de Pollença is a 12-minute drive (8.2 km) from the holiday home. There you can spend the days at the sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue sea of the bay or explore the nearby cliffs. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 48-minute drive (59 km), and the city’s airport is a 50-minute drive (67 km) away.
