This first floor apartment, in a building without elevator, offers a great living-dining room where you can rest, read an interesting book, watch the Sat-TV or enjoy your meals all together in this air-conditioned space.
The kitchen, independent and with a ceramic top, features everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
Right here, you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.
The accommodation offers two bedrooms, with a closet and AC both, and two bathrooms, being one of them en-suite.
The first bedroom has a double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with a tub, and the other bedroom has two twin beds.
