The very spacious terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a summer dinner or an unforgettable barbecue with your family and friends.
Directly in front of the house, a refreshing private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 meters presents itself as the perfect refuge for warm summer days.
For your safety and privacy, the property is completely fenced and surrounded by hedges, although you will have close neighbours. The single-story villa offers a rustic and cosy atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxed holiday.
You can sit on one of the comfortable sofas in the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and enjoy a good book, watch television, or simply take a refreshing nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and for added convenience, you'll also find an iron, ironing board, and washing machine.
For rest, the house has one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, complemented by two bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
Additionally, the house has three fans for your comfort. The nearest sandy beaches, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playas de Muro, are just a 20-minute drive away, and their fine sand and moderate waves make them perfect for families with children.

We appreciate being able to check in early, The garden and pool were wonderful, and the area was peaceful and residential with parking behind gates, It was conveniently close to Sa Pobla for market and shops, about an hour away from beautiful mountain areas and a 30-minute drive to Palma, Warming up the house was simple when the evening got cold,

Wir schätzen es, dass wir früh einchecken konnten. Der Garten und der Pool waren wunderbar und die Gegend war ruhig und wohnlich mit Parkplätzen hinter Toren. Es war praktischerweise in der Nähe von Sa Pobla mit Markt und Geschäften, etwa eine Stunde von wunderschönen Berggebieten und eine 30-minütige Fahrt von Palma entfernt. Das Aufwärmen des Hauses war einfach, wenn es abends kalt wurde.
