The living room, with a sofa, satellite TV and access to the porch, opens up to the dining kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal, including a vitro hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher.

The laundry room counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

There are three superb bedrooms: two with 2 single beds each, and one with a double bed.

On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The dining room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The nearest village is Sa Pobla, where you will find any services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

From the villa, with the freeway nearby as it is, you can easily reach the bay of Alcúdia, within 15 minutes by car.

The fine sandy beaches of Port d'Alcúdia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are perfect for families.

During the low season, the area is great for hiking and cycling.
