Bathroom with shower, recently renovated. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Living-dining room with several sofas and armchairs, dining table, television, and free Wi-Fi access. Important: The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator, although there are only a few stairs to access the accommodation. A secure garage is located just 50 meters from the property where you can store your bicycles during your stay. Location – Sa Gerreria Neighborhood The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of Palma's most characterful neighborhoods, known for its authentic atmosphere, its bars, restaurants, shops, and urban art. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot: 250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major. 800 m from Plaça d’Espanya, the main public transport hub, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport. Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, allowing for comfortable rest while enjoying the urban life of Palma. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which may be applied in case of damage to the property, lost keys, or excessive dirt. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM, although we are flexible if availability allows. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation. Parking and Access The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to notify us in advance and send us your vehicle's license plate number, and we will handle the procedure. There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request and at an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability.

Smart and functional apartment with lots of space

The location was amazing. A couple of minutes walk to the buzzy bars and restaurant s but at night it was quiet.
Rooms were a great size with aircon so very comfortable.
The checkin and communication was all online but so responsive and efficient and particularly loved the recommendations from the team.
