Located in Es Canar, directly by the sea, this apartment is part of the Jacaranda residential complex with several apartments whose guests share a common outdoor area. The studio apartment has an open living/bedroom as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television. The wifi has a good signal in the outside common area, inside the flat, there is less coverage. Furthermore, the apartment also has a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. There are no hobs in the apartment.

Outside you will find an uncovered, shared terrace with comfortable furniture and shady parasols. Forget the worries of everyday life while enjoying the holiday atmosphere and observing the deep blue sea. On your private balcony, you can enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air and end the evening with a glass of wine. There is also a terrace with deckchairs, pavilions, and outdoor beds that can be rented. Have a drink at the cocktail bar, enjoy delicious meals in the Chinese restaurant and find a supermarket as well as a bakery right on your doorstep. The free sandy beach of Platja Es Canar, with its golden sand and turquoise blue water, is 300 metres away. Ibiza Town is only 25 km from the accommodation.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. For reservations of more than a week, cleaning is done once a week. For bookings of more than 6 nights, a change of bed sheets and towels will be made at no additional cost. For shorter stays it is possible to request extra towels at no additional cost.
Please inform the managers of the Jacaranda Apartments in advance of your estimated time of arrival. Guests must present a valid identity card and credit card at check-in. In addition, guests are also offered a 10% discount on food at the Jacaranda Restaurant during the entire stay. The use of the safe is subject to an additional charge that must be paid at reception. Smoking is forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for a fee.
The swimming pool is closed in Winter, from September 1st until May 1st.
Renovation work is currently being carried out on the ground floor of the building.
The restaurant is closed from 30.09 to 30.04.
The bar is closed from 10.10 till 30.04.
