Holiday Apartment in a Well-Maintained Complex with Terrace

The swimming pool is closed on Winter, from September 1st until June 1st. Renovation work is currently being carried out on the ground floor of the building.

Located in Es Canar, directly by the sea, this holiday flat is part of the Jacaranda residential complex with several flats whose guests share a common outdoor area. The one-bedroom flat has an open-plan living/sleeping area and a bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with wifi and a TV. The wifi has a good signal in the shared area, inside the flat the coverage is less good. The flat also has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are no hotplates or a sink in the holiday home.

Outside you will find an open, shared terrace with comfortable furniture and shady parasols. Forget the worries of everyday life and enjoy the holiday atmosphere and the view of the deep blue sea. On your private balcony you can enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air and end the evening with a glass of wine. In addition, guests of the Jacaranda holiday flats can use the Jacaranda Lounge Beach Club free of charge (in low season, the pool and sunbeds are free of charge); in high season (from July to August), the pool and sunbeds can be used for half the usual price. There is also a terrace with sunbeds, gazebos and outdoor beds for hire. Enjoy a drink at the cocktail bar, delicious meals at the Chinese restaurant and find a supermarket and bakery right outside the door. The sandy beach of Platja Es Canar, with its golden sands and turquoise waters, is just 300 metres away. Ibiza Town is just 25 km from the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For bookings of more than one week, cleaning is done once a week. For bookings of more than 6 nights, bed linen and towels are changed at no extra cost. For shorter stays, it is possible to request extra towels at no extra cost.
Please inform the management of Ferienwohnungen Jacaranda of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests must present a valid identity card and credit card upon check-in. Guests will also receive a 10% discount on dining at the Jacaranda Restaurant throughout their stay. There is an additional fee for the use of the safe, which is payable at reception. Smoking is prohibited. Bringing a pet is not allowed. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
