Magnificent luxury house Xiscama ideal for a peaceful holiday in Alcudia. Located in the area of Bonaire it gives us the perfect mix of sea, mountains and tranquility just a few minutes walk from the town of Alcudia.



The house has stunning exteriors and unbeatable views. Xiscama has a high quality furnished terrace with wooden flooring, a chill-out area perfect for relaxing and a 6x5m salt water swimming pool with panoramic sea views. On the same floor the house has a barbecue ideal for the perfect culinary moments.



On the upper terrace there is a sun lounger area where you can have fun and relax with a quiet swim or enjoy the sun in summer. The jacuzzi shown in the photos is not in operation as such. It is always full of water and is heated, but does not produce bubbles.



In the interior of the house there is a large, bright living room with a table for 8 people and a large sofa where you can relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree holiday. Xiscama has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each.



There is also a living room equipped with a table, a sofa and a spectacular billiard table for a good laugh with friends or family. In the house we also find a ping pong table to continue enjoying the activities of the house.
