Casa Francina is a townhouse with a pool just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro.
It is a very quiet area, but it also has very good restaurants and supermarkets very close by.
The house features a private 3m x 7m saltwater swimming pool on a well-maintained terrace, with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers, and umbrellas for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade, a barbecue, and a lovely furnished terrace with several tables and chairs for enjoying outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
The terrace is connected to the living room through two access points with large windows that let in plenty of light, making the living-dining area a very pleasant space.
Here you will find another large table and a sofa area for watching television with air conditioning.
The modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is perfectly equipped.
One of the 4 bedrooms is on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom.
In total, the house has one bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
All bedrooms have double beds.
In addition to bath towels, pool towels are provided for all guests.
For winter, portable electric radiators are available.
Furthermore, in the garage, you can enjoy a magnificent ping pong table.

Das Haus war perfekt für 2 Familien und wir waren mehr als zufrieden, was die Ausstattung betraf. Die Lage war einfach nur perfekt.
Ebenfalls sehr positiv: Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten & eine schöne Terrasse.
Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

Familienurlaub 8 Personen plus ein Kleinkind. es war alles da. die Lage war super! schnelle Kommunikation und sehr freundliche Eigentümer. kontakt über eine Agentur. Schlüsselübergabe verlief etwas schleppend, da kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox war. Das Haus ist geräumig und das Grundstück mehr als ausreichend...nur die technischen Küchengeräte sind schon gut in die Jahre gekommen.
