The "Golf" house is located in a quiet residential area on the less crowded Alcanada beach, a 15-minute walk from Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy stunning sea views from the garden, the terrace, its 5 sun loungers, or one of the 3 bedrooms with a view.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Der er god plads i huset og haven er meget velholdt.
Huset er ved at være lidt slidt, og der skal snart ofres lidt penge i det til vedligeholdelse, især i køkkenet. Obs på, at opvaskemaskinen ikke er i køkkenet men i et lille udhus i baggården. Temmelig upraktisk. Der afregnes særskilt for forbrug af strøm til en virkelig dyr pris. Det burde være integreret i den høje pris for leje af huset.

Wonderful position, excellent outside space with garden and great eating and relaxing areas. We made full use of the 3 canoes. Very convenient to get into Alcúdia using local bus which stops minutes away from the house.
