Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful house in the historic centre of Alcudia, close to the historic town walls. This completely renovated house is located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps away from its medieval walls and the local life that this emblematic Mallorcan town has to offer. This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can cool off after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small garage space where you can park your car.

The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and the historic streets of this Mallorcan village.



In an open area without doors, there is a cosy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the local produce on offer at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.



The house can comfortably accommodate four people. Its two bedrooms have large double beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The house has two full bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bathtub and one on the first floor with a practical walk-in shower, located next to the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wireless internet.



There are a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The weekly market, the historic town walls and the ruins of the ancient city of Pollentia are the cultural highlights of Alcudia. There are many tourist attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Alcudia beach, which is only 3 km away, and the port of Alcudia known for its boat promenade and seaside restaurant area.
