The flat "Concha" is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located right next to the marina of Puerto Alcudia and offers a wonderful view of the water. Even while having breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the boats passing by and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The location couldn't be better: right on the seafront and only 200 metres from Alcudia's fine sandy beach, you can dip into the warm turquoise waters at any time or take a leisurely stroll along the harbour.



The flat is bright, modern and can accommodate up to six people. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, two of which even have direct access to the terrace. There are also two bathrooms available, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The living room and dining room are elegantly furnished and invite you to relax, while the separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a large dining table for sharing meals.



To make you feel comfortable at any time of the day, there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room. The flat is not only comfortable, but also lovingly furnished: a place where you arrive and immediately feel at home.



The proximity to restaurants, cafés and small shops in the immediate vicinity is particularly convenient. If you prefer to cook for yourself, there are also supermarkets nearby. The old town of Alcudia, with its winding alleys, historic buildings and small boutiques, is just a short walk away and definitely worth a visit. And if you fancy activities, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: water sports, cycling, golf or an excursion to the Natural Park of S'Albufera: here there is something for everyone to discover.
