The beautiful ground floor house "Can Grau Petit" is located on a large private property in the heart of Mallorca, between Inca and Sencelles. The finca is especially cared for by its owners, with quality materials and very well equipped and maintained.
It is a small dream house with salt water pool (7 x 3,5 m) and private garden with a lawn area, 4 sunbeds, a parasol and barbecue. The house is oriented towards the pool area, with a nice covered porch where you will find a sofa area for relaxing and a table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining.
At the entrance to the house from the pool you will find a bright living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. In addition, the house has two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi, and pool and bath towels are provided for all guests.
Sencelles is an idyllic village in the centre of Mallorca, close to Inca, Mallorca's third largest town with its numerous shops. The location is a good starting point for excursions in all directions of the island: In Palma you are in less than 30 minutes by car, in the beautiful beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro as well, and in the Tramuntana mountains only 20 minutes away.
Electricity according to consumption 0,28 euros/ Kwh. Deposit: 100 euros/week
The eco-tax and the deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.

Liebe Magdalena, vielen Dank für den liebevollen Empfang in der Finca.
Bei der Ankunft waren bereits kalte Getränke und Snacks vorhanden.
Wir wurden täglich mit frischen Eiern versorgt, und auch mit einer Ensaimada überrascht.
Deine liebevolle Art lässt auf ein Wiedersehen hoffen. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.🥰

Liebevoller Empfang durch Magdalena , gekühlte Getränke und Snacks bei Ankunft vorgefunden. Alles sehr sauber, Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Immer frische Eier und einmal sogar eine Ensaimada😋😋

Wir haben im Oktober 2021 die schöne Finca für eine Woche zu zweit angemietet. Can Grau Petit liegt zentral auf der Insel, wenige Autominuten von Inca entfernt.
