The charming single-story house "Can Grau Petit" is located on a large private property in the heart of Mallorca, between Inca and Sencelles.
The estate is especially well-kept by its owners, featuring quality materials and is very well-equipped and maintained. It is a small dream house with a saltwater pool (7 x 3.5 m) and a private garden with a lawn area, 4 sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue.
The house faces the pool area, with a lovely covered porch featuring a lounge area for relaxation and a table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Upon entering the house from the pool area, you will find a bright living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. Additionally, the house has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
All rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and pool and bath towels are provided for all guests. Sencelles is an idyllic village in the center of Mallorca, close to Inca, the third-largest city in Mallorca with its numerous shops.
The location is a good starting point for excursions in all directions of the island: Palma is less than a 30-minute drive away, as are the beautiful beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, and the Tramuntana mountain range is only 20 minutes away. Electricity consumption: 0.28 euros/Kwh. Deposit: 100 euros/week. The ecotax and the deposit are not included in the price.
They must be paid in cash upon arrival. ESFCTU00000701100012567200000000000000000000ETV/28756
