On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room, on the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, one of them with bathroom in suite. On this same floor you will find another bathroom, the spacious living-dining room and the kitchen equipped to enjoy culinary moments. Enjoy breakfast outdoors on the terrace on the first floor next to the kitchen.
The outdoor area will delight you thanks to its large 8m x 4m salt water swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can sunbathe under the Majorcan sun. The terrace is the perfect place to relax while enjoying a barbecue in the barbecue pit. The garden also has a rocking chair, ideal to enjoy a good book or simply to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. And if you have children, the fenced terrace is an excellent option for them to play without worries.

Viel Platz
- Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und verliert am Boden die Fliesen
- Die Möbel sind sehr billig und teilweise nicht mehr funtionsfähig (Bsp. Schubladen der Kommode ließen sich teilweise nicht richtig schließen, Tür am Sideboard im Flur defekt, Grill defekt)
- es ist alles sehr hellhörig im Haus

Good check in. Garden tidy.
Pool needs retileing as a lot of tiles are missing. Disapointed that we could not use the bbq as it was broken. Some of the furniture needs
replaceing as it is broken. Skirting boards need seeing to as they are coming away from the walls.

Beautiful villa in quiet neighbourhood but only 10 min walk to port . Air con and wifi good . Villa is huge and plenty space for groups , definately recommend.
