This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property.

Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.

For properties where an extra bed can be accommodated due to space, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Note 3.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

When a later check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM. Note 4.

Check-in at the accommodation with staff from our agency is free until 10:00 PM.

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, there is a €30 fee, and after 12:00 AM, the fee is €50.

Free self-check-in with staff welcome the next day is also an option. Note 5.

Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.

The cost is €0.25/kWh, payable upon departure. Note 6.

In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
