Beautiful and cosy finca with pool in the middle of nature.
This lovely country house is located in the vicinity of the village Es Llombards near the town of Santanyí, where you will find all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., also some of the best beaches of the island, such as Cala Llombards and S'Almoina, which are only 5 minutes away by car.
The typical Mallorcan finca has 200 m² of living space and is prepared for 6 persons.
As you enter the house, you enter the spacious dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi.
Three bedrooms are available (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
Near the main house there is a small "casita" with barbecue, another dining table and water connection.
The cosy finca has a special charm, especially in the outdoor areas, delicately cared for and maintaining the splendour of the old natural stone walls. In the beautiful garden there are all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cosy sitting areas.
The large 8x4m swimming pool offers pleasant moments on hot summer days and the comfortable sun loungers are ready to relax.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via WhatsApp, off-platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
