There are three bedrooms, two with two double beds and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower.The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning on the living room.

Amenities/Facilities:Fridge/freezer, hob/stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing machine, hot/cold air-conditioning, coffee maker, TV, DVD, sun loungers, storage space to keep the bicycles and much more.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 35 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas.We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.Through small daily gestures and changes in our daily habits, we can contribute to a significant change in the ways of a more sustainable and respectful consumption with our planet, just by regulating the temperature of air conditioners approximately heat at 21ºC and and cooling at 23ºC, and by ventilating the house well in the summer mornings. Son Serra has many great restaurants (specially for seafoods), cafeterias, bars, shops and supermarkets. Many beaches and cala are close like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia or Arta. All facilities are within walking distance, very central with advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea.

From Palma de Mallorca airport, it's just around 1 hour drive with car. Spain Rentals office in Son Serra offers services like rentals of bicycles, paddle boards, equipments for kite surfing, wind surfing, yoga mats and more to make your holidays more fun, enjoyable and more convenient.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.

Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.

All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
