Sa Rapita, south-east coast of Mallorca
From the penthouse flat you have a wonderful view of the quiet village of Sa Rapita and across to the kilometre-long dream beach Es Trenc and breathtaking sunsets. The house is quietly located at the end of Sa Rapita on a residential road with little traffic. The beach promenade, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, bus stop and souvenir shops are only approx. 500 metres away.
The house is surrounded on all sides by a large, well-kept garden. It is planted with many different Mediterranean shrubs, plants and flowers. There is always something blooming here. The property is completely fenced in.
You can park your hire car directly in front of the house entrance in a private car park.
