The holiday home, which was only built in 2014, is located in Cala Bona, a small Mallorcan coastal town known for its picturesque fishing harbour. It has a total of 180 m² of living space on two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. The house is the ideal place to relax and spend the best time of the year with the family.
On the ground floor of the house there is a bright living room with a leather sofa, satellite TV with DVD player and a spacious dining table for communal meals. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor and has a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The first floor has three further double bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other two with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin and WC. Both bathrooms have a small window. In the house you have access to WiFi and a washing machine.
The holiday home has a large, partially covered terrace, which is located right next to the house's own pool. Here the children can splash around and you can refresh yourself after sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by native plants and sun loungers and can be illuminated with various lamps in the evening. From one of the upper bedrooms, you also have access to a balcony with views of the property and the surrounding area.
The nearest beach and the sea are around 400 metres away (5 minutes' walk). This beach is also connected to the beach of Cala Millor, which is known for its white sand and crystal-clear water. This beach stretches for 2 kilometres. There you can try out various sports or simply enjoy the beach atmosphere. A fishing spot and boat hire are about 1 km away, while public transport and shopping facilities are around 500 m away. The nearest ferry port is 25 km away and the island's airport is approximately 71 km away.
