The flat is located in the centre of the best-known district of Portocolom. This typical fishing village is an idyllic place untouched by mass tourism and an ideal destination for all those who want to get to know the original Mallorca and at the same time do not want to do without the amenities of a modern holiday resort. The 70 sqm duplex flat on the first floor was only renovated in 2019 and has comfortable facilities for a perfect stay. The domotic system ensures that energy consumption is balanced and environmentally friendly. This modern flat is ideal for couples. On the first level is the open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as an induction hob and dishwasher. A guest WC with toilet and washbasin is conveniently located at the end of the kitchenette. The large dining table is on the other side of the kitchen. Here you can enjoy your home-cooked delicacies, but also sit together comfortably and make plans for the next day. You can read a book or spend a cosy evening watching TV on the sofa next to it, which is also intended as an additional sleeping option for a child. The sofa bed is only suitable for an older child who no longer sleeps in the cot. A staircase takes you to the second level of the flat, where you will find the comfortable bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The room has a 180 cm double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes. Next to the bed is the ultra-modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, washbasin and WC. Thanks to the window, you can also ventilate the bathroom well. On the other side of the bed, the room has a large window front with a view of the large terrace.
The large glass window in the bedroom can be slid open to reveal the large sun terrace. It is furnished with a side table and two chairs and invites you to relax. As there is no pavement in the street, you will have to park your car in another street. However, with the exception of the months of July and August, parking in the surrounding streets is not very difficult. It is also possible to drive up to the front of the house to unload your luggage.
When booking the flat with three people, please always request the sofa bed in advance. In the flat you will find a handbook with information about the location.
The nearest beach is less than 250 metres from your holiday home and many other things are also very close by, such as the pier, the church, restaurants or a playground for children. For guests who don't just want to swim but also want to spend their holiday actively, there are water sports facilities and beautiful hiking trails. There are other beautiful and unspoilt beaches in the vicinity of Portocolom. The village itself has good restaurants, supermarkets, shops and various types of services. The village has a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets, from the most exclusive to the most simple, offering tapas, the typical sandwiches of the region and typical Mallorcan cuisine. The Vall d'Or golf course is just under three kilometres away; it offers fantastic views and has an excellent restaurant. There is also boat hire, bike hire and diving. From Portocolom you can also easily reach other areas of Mallorca such as Es Pontas, Cala Barques, Cala Llombards, Cala Ferrera, the lighthouse district or Cala Marsal. The surroundings of Portocolom offer countless other sea-related activities, especially in the summer months, such as surfing, diving and deep-sea fishing. For nature lovers, there are several routes or trails that line the coast and offer magnificent views.
