The spacious 110 m² holiday flat is located on the top floor of a three-storey residential building with a lift. It offers space for up to seven people. Thanks to its central location, in the middle of the Mallorcan coastal town of Port de Pollença, you can easily reach the most important points of the town on foot.
Your holiday flat has a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m or 1.35 x 1.90 m), one with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m) and the fourth with a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a fan. There are also two bathrooms. One is equipped with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower, washbasin and WC. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with a hob with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. In the spacious and air-conditioned living room there is a sofa, two armchairs, a rocking chair and a TV with cable connection and a DVD player. There is also a small dining table in this room. A washing machine and wireless internet access are also available. There is also heating in each room. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
From the living room you can access a balcony. The flat also has its own roof terrace with a covered barbecue area and seating. From here you have a great view over the rooftops of the city and the mountains.
The flat is located directly in the centre, so you can reach the pedestrian zone with bars and restaurants as well as a weekly market, which takes place every Wednesday, on foot. Shopping facilities, the sea and the nearest beach are around 500 metres away. There is also an outdoor pool, a tennis court and water sports facilities just 500 metres away. The airport is 60 km away by car.
