Modern and comfortable villa for 4 people completely renovated with top quality materials, located 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.

Villa Mariona is a beautiful and bright villa in which to enjoy the comfort and tranquility in the northern part of the island. It has 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room. Outside there is a large terrace, a garden area with swimming pool and entertainment for the little ones.

Distribution

The house is distributed on one floor, just at the entrance there is a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and television, next to the living room is the modern fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and pool. The three bedrooms are spacious and bright, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden.

On the outside area, we have the terrace with several sofas and a table to eat and enjoy a nice family dinner outdoors. The garden, which surrounds the whole house with lawn, stands out for its 12x4 m salt water swimming pool, next to it we have comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe while the little ones enjoy jumping on the trampoline or playing football. There are also several fruit trees at the back of the house.

Parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, barbecue, heating, high chair, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, trampoline and football goals. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.




Note 1. Final cleaning charges are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with staff from our agency free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25 €/kW payable on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the tourist tax, which is then transferred to the local authorities.
