This authentically rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu on a quiet side street.
It has an area of 200 square meters and offers space for up to 6 people.
Upon entering the house, you step into the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and WiFi.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The living room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, as is the entrance area, from which the bedrooms can be cooled or heated. The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x with a double bed, 2x with single beds).
There are two bathrooms with showers available, one of them is outdoors. The large outdoor area of 1500 square meters offers a variety of possibilities.
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace with the dining area.
In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide ample shade, and depending on the season, you can enjoy their fruits.
You can cool off in the 2x1.5 meter swimming pool. At the end of the garden, there is a spacious barbecue area with a dining space and an outdoor refrigerator. Not to forget the house's resident, the turtle living in the garden :) There is also a garage for 2 cars and bicycles.
You can easily enter the house through the garage. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the center of Sineu, with its pleasant cafes and restaurants and many shops. Don't miss the famous weekly market on Wednesdays! Enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle in this holiday home with a pool! IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.

:-)) Sehr charmantes Haus und Garten.Absolut ruhige Lage.Perfekte große Garage mit elektrischem Tor.Mehrere Sitzbereiche im Garten.:-(( Bei Sauberkeit, im allgemeinem, ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Ist aber ok.Die Küchenausstattung könnte eine Ergänzung und Verjüngung vertragen.Unterm Strich ein sehr gutes Objekt in einem schönen Städtchen mit perfekter Lage im Land.

This property was quiet yet close to the action. One unusual thing was the location of the bathrooms which were some distance from the bedrooms.
