The interior of this villa is elegant and spacious (approximately 160 sqm) and has been beautifully finished, making extensive use of local wood and stone, carefully combined with modern amenities and comforts. The ground floor is spacious and open-plan, featuring a kitchen/dining area and a lounge/dining area. The lounge is filled with natural light (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free-to-air channels only), WiFi Internet, a DVD player, and a dining area. The large, modern kitchen (with a dining table) is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
Kitchen features include a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom with a shower (as well as an additional toilet available on the same floor). On the upper floor is the master bedroom (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), which is a real treat.
It has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with spectacular country views over green woodlands.
Housekeeping service, bath towels, and hand towels are included. Outside the villa, there are spacious terraces furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas for al fresco dining and barbecues.
There is a generous-sized private pool with sun loungers, a true paradise for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a unique location and green surroundings. Villa Es Mirador can accommodate up to 6 guests. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE of charge upon request). Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to note: In Mallorca, the use of barbecues and any type of fire in wooded areas and recreational areas is prohibited between May 1st and October 15th (the high forest fire risk season). This regulation, governed by the Balearic Islands’ Ministry of the Environment, applies even to stone barbecues provided in public recreational areas. In case of lost keys, or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near the arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link to register all guests.

Mooi huis met een fijne tuin en zwembad. Veel zitjes waardoor je de hele dag in de zon of schaduw kan zitten. Prachtige omgeving.
Op 5 minuten rijden van Arta.
Wij waren in april op vakantie. De avonden waren nog koud. De verwarming deed het niet. Hierover contact gehad maar het bleek dat de verwarming niet bij de boeking hoorde.

Die Lage und auch die Umgebung des Hauses sind wirklich idyllisch und ruhig - eigentlich der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen.
Das Haus benötigt an einigen Ecken etwas mehr Pflege oder auch Erneuerungen.
Ggf war das Haus Anfang Mai auch noch nicht ganz bereit für den Start in die Saison.
Sehr dreckige Kaffeemaschine, Besteck hat gefehlt, der Pool war bei Ankuft sehr verdreckt, Gardinen hatten Stockflecken, etwas muffiger Geruch - leider viele kleine Punkte die für uns nicht ganz stimmig waren.
