With three cozy bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—there is more than enough space to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends.

The spacious living-dining room, designed for comfort and togetherness, is the perfect place to relax or enjoy moments in good company.

Additionally, the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, offer the necessary convenience for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the garden or on the terrace, while being enveloped by the sea breeze and the gentle murmur of the ocean.

For barbecue lovers, we have a built-in barbecue ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals under the warm Mallorcan sun. Outside, the property features a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying moments of relaxation in the Mallorcan sun.

You will also find comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The villa's location is unbeatable for golf lovers, as the prestigious Alcanada Golf Club is just a few minutes away.

And if you prefer to explore local history, the charming town center of Alcudia, with its impressive medieval walls, is only a five-minute drive away.

You can stroll through its picturesque cobblestone streets and enjoy the authentic essence of the city. Of course, we cannot forget the nearby beaches, which offer crystal-clear waters and white sands, being some of the most spectacular and sought-after in Mallorca. The chalet also has air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure your comfort throughout the day. Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.

Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
