With capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, the apartment's interiors are elegant, functional, and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and bright living room features an adjoining dining area and is equipped with a smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite series and movies via Netflix.

Comfortable sofas and large doors leading to the furnished private terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate at any time of the day.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes or enjoying a home-cooked meal during your stay. The two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, are spacious, filled with natural light, and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your rest is perfect throughout the year.

Both share a large and modern family bathroom, which offers the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. For families with children, Piso Carles also offers a dedicated play area, equipped with a drawing table and other facilities designed for the little ones.

This additional space allows children to enjoy their own recreational area while adults relax. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left in the property.

Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests. Air conditioning is included in the rental price, with set operating hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
