The center of Cala d'Or is only a 2 minute walk away. Cala d'Or is a picturesque Mediterranean village of white houses, characterized by tranquility and good atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

In addition it has a wide range of restaurants, the main attraction being the "Old Steak Houses" or tapas restaurants. Es Ratolí, with a completely fenced garden, has a private swimming pool, parking and barbecue. From here, a glass door leads to the covered terrace next to the pool and barbecue area, ideal for breakfast or to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

On the first floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with private balcony, two other double bedrooms and a family bathroom. In the basement there is a large laundry room. It is not necessary to rent a car to enjoy a dream vacation.

The strategic location of villa Es Ratolí allows you to reach all the places of interest in Cala d'Or on foot, although if you wish to discover the wonderful island of Mallorca, which we enthusiastically recommend, you can rent a car from a local company or use the public bus service. Central heating service is available at an additional cost and upon prior notice to the host.
