At the same time, it is just a short walk from one of Mallorca’s best beaches and all the resort amenities. Impressive, modern, and functional are three adjectives that this villa exemplifies.

The ground floor is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility, who can move without problems from the entrance ramp through the wide doors and the walk-in shower to the stunning infinity pool terrace. The villa is spread over two floors.

A ramp leads you through the main door, which opens into an open-plan living area.

Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while conversing with your family in the elegant living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Two glass sliding doors illuminate the entire room, from which you can access a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower.

The first floor features three more bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom.

An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin rooms, both with their glass sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the impressive Albufera. Outside, you can enjoy a peaceful dip, have a barbecue under the porch, or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything.

Guests have access to a bathroom and a laundry room accessible from the patio, and even an outdoor hot-water shower next to the pool. The property has air conditioning available from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM, and a pellet stove (at an additional cost). Important Information In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left in the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
