The villa is spread over two floors.
A ramp leads you through the main door, which opens into an open-plan living area.
Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while chatting with your family in the elegant living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Two glass sliding doors illuminate the entire room, from which you can access a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower.
The first floor has three more bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom.
An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with glass sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the impressive Albufera.
Outside, you can enjoy a peaceful dip, have a barbecue under the porch, or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything.
The guest has a bathroom and a laundry room accessible from the patio, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool.
The property has air conditioning available from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM, and a pellet stove (at an additional cost).
Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected at our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee for waste management will be applied.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Two out of the 3 showers had draining issues. There were not enough towels, no cleaning supplies, no hand soap in the bathrooms, very little toilet paper. Bathrooms had mold around the shower floor. We were told cleaning personnel will come over and never did.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage am Naturschutzgebiet war sehr schön, aber es gibt dort dadurch sehr viele Mücken. Das Haus war gut für den alltäglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Jedoch hat das Haus, vor allem in den Bädern deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und hat etwas muffig gerochen, trotz regelmäßigem Lüften.
