Built with first quality materials and furnished with great taste.

It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor: large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden,
living-dining room and lounge both with air conditioning.
1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning and 1 toilet.
First floor: living room with a beautiful piano and 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning.
The house has a garage in which there is a complete bathroom for the use of the clients.
It is worth mentioning the exterior of the house, a well kept and green lawn with a kidney-shaped swimming pool, 2 furnished porches with panoramic views to the mountains and even on a clear day to the bay of Alcudia.
Ideal for the enjoyment of a perfect holiday.
Inca is well known for its shoe and marroquinerie industry where you can find a lot of shops to buy products made on the island.
The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind für zwei Wochen dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist absolut perfekt , man hat viel Platz und wir konnten sogar versuchen Klavier zu spielen.
Das Wetter war so schön das wir auch den Pool und den gesamten Außenbereich nutzen konnten.
Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Katus.

Das großzügige Haus liegt oben auf einem Hügel in einem Villenviertel. Schöner Rundumblick. Wunderschöner Pool, doch im Mai ist das Wasser noch sehr kalt.
