Villa Pinsa in Gotmar Puerto Pollensa is a great house for a family holiday in the beach and surrounding areas: the sea is only a 15-minute walk away and there is a selection of restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk.
The house is built on three levels.
Inside it is spacious and bright and in Mallorcan style.
The bedrooms have white walls, tiled floors and simple wooden furniture, with lots of windows and full height doors opening onto the garden.
The main entrance to the house is on the first floor, where there is a lounge and a dining room with comfortable sofas.
TV and DVD player.
Three sets of doors fill the room with light – one set leading to a terrace with teak furniture and another to the stairs down to the pool.
The kitchen is one room with light wood units, appliances including a dishwasher and a pantry.
Also on this floor is a guest toilet and a garage.
Downstairs on the ground floor there is a lounge and a bathroom with shower.
Doors open from the lounge to a covered terrace by the pool.
Upstairs on the second floor there are three more bedrooms.
There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a door to the roof terrace with mountain views, a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a shady balcony, and a single bedroom with a pull-out bed which can sleep two, and it too has doors to the balcony.
There is also a family bathroom on this floor with bath and shower.
The garden is a lovely space with a long pool surrounded by terraces, lawn, barbecue, trees and shrubs and a covered terrace. Because the villa is semi-detached, it has neighbours next door, but a high wall makes the garden more private. As well as being the ideal place to relax and its close proximity to the beautiful beaches and coves of Puerto Pollensa.
There are many activities you can enjoy and all kinds of sports such as golf, cycling, tennis, volleyball, beach soccer and all those related to the sea, sailing, diving, kite surf and windsurf. Please note there are two identical properties that we rent, one does not have a lawn but is refurbished, bright and modern inside (contact us for more details).

Great property, clean and welcoming. Family of 6 stayed there for a week. As we all came at different times, we asked if it was possible to enter the villa earlier than 4:00 pm, not a problem, we were able to get in at Noon. the Villa was clean and they had left a goodie bag for us to enjoy. It was as accurate as on the website.

Great house within an easy stroll of the southern end of the beach in town. Lots of space and very clean. The garden was a nice space to chill out within. The house felt darker inside than the photos suggest, but otherwise, very good.
