La Bugambilia Ground Floor is a simple and comfortable property in an excellent location just 5 meters from the beach.
The long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is right on your doorstep.
It is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and close to the center.
All amenities are within walking distance, so a car is not necessary as it is close to everything.
The apartment's layout is on the ground floor, making it easy for families with small children or the elderly.
Although all bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest of the house is cooled by the fresh outdoor breeze.
At the property you will find: a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living/dining room with direct access to the beautiful terrace, 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom), 2 bathrooms.
When booking or if you wish to book: The eco-tax is not included in the price and works out at 2.20 eur per person over 16 years for the first 8 days, after the eighth day it is 1.10 eur for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
