Welcome to our beautiful traditional stone house, Cal Papa, recently renovated to offer you maximum comfort during your vacation.
Located in an excellent position, this house allows you to reach the charming town of Pollensa in just a few minutes by car, where you can stroll through its cobbled streets, climb the Calvario with its 365 steps, visit museums and art galleries, or simply enjoy the wide gastronomic offer on the main square. The idyllic coves of white sand and crystalline waters of Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the sought-after beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor, perfect for enjoying the sun and the sea, are almost at the same distance. Our house, furnished with style and elegance, will not disappoint you. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes for family and friends. On the first floor, we have three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with two single beds pushed together, and the third bedroom with two single beds, perfect for the little ones or friends. The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, depth ranging from 0.8 to 2.3 m, surrounded by a lush garden with native plants and large palm trees.
There are several terraces, both covered and uncovered, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace where you can savor food prepared on the portable barbecue.
There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. For the comfort of our guests, the entire villa has air conditioning (during scheduled hours between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM). Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests. Das Haus ist schön , die Lage auch ein absoluter Traum . Alles war sauber und gepflegt . Pool natürlich klasse Grill und co alles perfekt . Toller Garten . Einfach schön
Schade ist wirklich , bei einem Tages Preis den man bezahlt von über fünfhundert Euro erst ab 17 und dann wieder um zehn morgens raus soll . Wir sind morgens angereist , da war das wirklich auch für das Geld einfach nicht okay .

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Küche, Terrasse, Garten und Pool bieten viel Platz für Spiel, Spaß und Entspannung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist abenteuerlich. Das geht am besten mit einem möglichst kleinen Mietwagen.
