During the day, we are available for any needs, and important emergencies are handled at night to ensure guest peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any doubts, and handling key collection and return. – At the time of booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. House rules and schedules. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – Parties or events are not allowed. – Pets are not allowed. Note 1.
Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator. Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities. Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter will be read upon both entry and exit. Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Note 5.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, of €50.
However, there is a self check-in option with a welcome from staff the following day.

- Sauber, sehr groß und viele moderne Bäder
- Top Küche mit allem was man benötigt
- Viel Schränke und Schubladen für genug Ablage
- Parkplätze müssen am Straßenrand oder am Port gesucht werden (außerhalb der Saison (Dez.) aber kein Problem)
- Cafe im Erdgeschoss und Küche sehr laut...besonders früh morgens wird gesaugt und Stühle gerückt, laut unterhalten

The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely with an amazing view. The sitting room was very comfortable with lots of natural light. Bedroom and bathroom were perfect. There is a lots of shops/supermarket/restaurants at walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
