Charming Apartment in the Heart of Palma
A "Rural Tourism" registered apartment, located in an emblematic building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional charge of €10/day. If you require one, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator, ideal for convenient access to start discovering the city. From here, you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic center and discover the true essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture, and its wide cultural and gastronomic offerings. Parking: Parking is available upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Kindly respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and using them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the booking amount, and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be refunded after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving excessive trash or the apartment in an inadequate state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may be applied and deducted from the security deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents.
If you plan to arrive by car, the agency Priority Villas can arrange for a circulation permit with the City Council.

No hot water in kitchen sink or shower for two days. When we made contact they we had ano idea where we were staying. We were told the dishwasher to use Just as a once off .... however we did not prossces one.When we booked the site showed suitable for three adults. And on final confirmation it was stated the apartment was only for two adults and two children.
