Charming apartment in the heart of Palma
An "Interior Tourism" registered apartment, located in a landmark building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant elements of contemporary design are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional cost of €10/day. If you require one, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

The apartment is situated on the second floor with an elevator, ideal for easy access and to start discovering the city. From here, you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic center and discover the full essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture, and its wide cultural and gastronomic offerings. Parking: Parking is available upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will incur a penalty. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and using them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict the guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the reservation amount, and may also retain the security deposit. Reservation Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving excessive trash or the apartment in inadequate cleanliness conditions, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents.
If you plan to access by car, Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation permit with the City Council.

Right behind Santa Eulalia Church and walking distance to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María. Private Villas were very responsive to our requests and allowed us an early check in. Stay was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I would come here again!
