Charming apartment in the heart of Palma
This apartment, registered as "Turismo de Interior" (Heritage Tourism), is located in an emblematic building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant elements of contemporary design are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, while also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a cot for an additional charge of €10/day. If you require one, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, ideal for easy access and to start discovering the city. From here, you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic center and discover the true essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture, and its extensive cultural and gastronomic offerings. Parking: Parking is available upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. For the greater comfort of our guests, we offer towel change service during your stay, including replacements on intermediate days. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. We kindly ask you to maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of complaints from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the booking amount, and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay and will be refunded after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving excessive trash or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM (14:00 h). Check-out time: until 11:00 AM (11:00 h). Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents.
If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can arrange traffic authorization with the City Council.
