Maria Fumet ist ein schönes und gut aufgeteilt Haus in "städtischer" Lage in Capdepera. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum beliebten Orientplatz und verschiedenen kleinen Geschäften. Hervorzuheben sind die 3 Terrassen, ob man Sonne oder Schatten sucht - eine passt immer. Nut der bellende Nachbarshund hat manchmal genervt.

Hemos pasado una semana con nuestros dos hijos y ha ido todo muy bien. La casa es amplia y cómoda, con varias terrazas que disfrutar según la hora del día, sol y sombra…La casa podría renovarse un poco y ganaría mucho. Y el aire acondicionado sería fantàstico.
