Unit Layout
You will be staying at the "Finca L'Embat", a 7-room villa spanning 360 square meters. The villa features a stylish living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate living room equipped with an electric heater and an exit to the terrace. The villa boasts five bedrooms: one room with a French bed (180 cm), a bathroom/WC, double hand-basin, and an electric heater; one room with two beds, a bathroom/WC, and a double hand-basin; one room with two beds and a shower/WC; and two rooms, each with two beds, a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. All bedrooms offer access to the terrace. The villa also includes a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate bath/shower/WC. Please note that not all rooms have heating available.

The villa is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. These amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fireplace, satellite TV, heating (available in some rooms), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the villa is 10 guests, and it features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Other Information
The villa boasts two spacious terraces, one measuring 60 square meters and another measuring 200 square meters, with a portion of the latter being roofed. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture and deck chairs, is provided for your enjoyment. From the terraces, you can take in the marvelous views of the sea. Additional facilities at the villa include an iron, a children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Internet access is available via WiFi and is provided free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. There is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
