The Apartment is located in a residential area so you must conform to the community standards of the Playasol building, especially in relation to noise and loud music between 23.00 PM and 10.00AM. Failure to comply with the rules of the house may result in cancellation of the reservation with no right to refund. The stylish apartment Ana Playasol is located in Port d'Alcúdia and boasts a sea view.
The modern property, which has been newly renovated, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
Furthemore, the apartment offers a private balcony and a private, covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, and where you can enjoy an evening meal while overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The garden is shared with the other residents of the house and is also available for your use. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand von Alcúdia. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage/Heizung ausgestattet. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Unser Sohn fand den nahe gelegenen Steg ins Wasser toll, da dort immer Fische waren.

Lovely apartment, which is perfect for a family with young children. There was everything we needed, even a smart TV which is great for some downtime. The owners granddaughter showed us in and sorted everything out for us. When the kettle went pop (these things happen) we had a new one within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

The property is well locate in a residential area by the nice beach. It is very secure and clean. 2 minutes walk and a nice sidewalk along the beach, restaurants in walking distance, grocery stores 5 minutes drive, 10 minutes drive to old town. Parking comes with the apartment. Welcoming fruit baske...
