Villa Garreta is a very cosy 2-bedroom house, recently refurbished and totally independent. The best features of the villa are its exterior views and its pleasant Mediterranean style and furnishings. The villa is located in a great secluded rural setting, yet only a short drive from the picturesque village of Campanet and less than 20 minutes drive from beautiful beaches. From the pretty garden you have fantastic views of the nearby hills. The Chalet has free wifi.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.




There is a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue area and a lovely countryside.



The outdoor space by the pool at Chalet Garreta is perfect for sunbathing or swimming. You can enjoy under the shaded terrace with wooden ceilings at the entrance, pleasant lunches or barbecue events with your family or friends. Chalet Garreta is the true Mallorca experience close to the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011.



The living room has a traditional yet very exclusive Spanish ambience with high beamed ceilings, a traditional fireplace and comfortable seating with doors leading out to the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the mountains.

Chalet Garreta has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with typical Mallorcan style with high beamed ceilings. Both bedrooms and the living room include air conditioning hot/cold. There are 2 bathrooms next door.



Another highlight is the beautiful brick outdoor kitchen with integrated gas barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes.



The picturesque village of Campanet preserves its most extraordinary treasures not in the village but in its mountainous surroundings at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana¨: the artesian fountain "Ses Fonts Ufanes", in English, the "magnificent fountains". The second attraction is the Campanet drip cave. It is a "natural" natural spectacle, without coloured bulbs and music, but even more interesting.

Also the Tuesday market in the square in front of the church is popular because of its fresh produce. The lively market is a meeting place for locals and tourists and has small bars and restaurants with delicious tapas to eat outdoors.



In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural centre, the pollença market, restaurants, cafés and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.
