Crossing the entrance area, you reach the living and dining room, which has access to the terrace and pool area on the left and the fully equipped kitchen on the right.

Another staircase from the entrance hall leads to the 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom.

The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

You will also find the garage and the laundry room on this level.

The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the ground floor.

There is an additional toilet on the right side of the entrance hall. The kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden, an outdoor shower is located next to the pool. POOL: 7 m wide x 2.80 x 3.15 m.

Important information to note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left in the property.

Guests must remove it themselves; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
