Please note that the main living area does not have air conditioning — we recommend enjoying the shaded terrace during the warmest afternoon hours. Outdoors, the pool area is equipped with large sun umbrellas for comfortable lounging, and the surrounding garden invites you to relax in complete privacy. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The location close to the charming town of Artà offers easy access to some of Mallorca's most beautiful coves and beaches. Your host is always on hand — expect a prompt and attentive response throughout your stay.

Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Pool, und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Promenade ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist geräumig und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer.
Die Ausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können (Bspw. mehr Espressotassen, Grillbesteck etc.). Leider gab es etwas zu wenig Handtücher für den Pool und nur eine Decke pro Doppelbett

Sicht vom Haus, Meer und Dorf zu Fuss erreichbar
Der zweite Sonnenschirm war bei Ferienbeginn defekt. Wurde trotz melden nicht ersetzt. Zwei Sonnenschirme wären super für viele Personen
Schönes Haus ,aber Türen müsste man mal erneuern.
