The fantastic holiday home "Alta Vista" is located in Colònia de Sant Pere directly at the bay of Alcúdia and boasts a wonderful view of the sea. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 modern bedrooms, 2 high-quality bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The property, with a total area of 20.000 m², offers a wonderful, spacious outdoor area, which includes a balcony, a garden, several terraces, a barbecue and a pool.
The 75 m² infinity pool with views of the deep blue sea and the mountains on the horizon is the absolute highlight of the accommodation.
Refresh yourself here on hot summer days and relax on one of the sun loungers.
There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals.
A variety of seating options and lounge furniture invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset - everyday stress is quickly forgotten here! Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat auch schnell reagiert
Eine wunderschöne Finca, allerdings müsste einiges repariert werden. In der Beschreibung stand eine bessere Ausstattung als tatsächlich da war.

Pool mit Aussicht war super. Ruhige Lage zum entspannen.
Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf vielen Renovationen. Die Bäder sind überaltert, Eck-Badewannen unpraktisch, ausserdem hat es viele Treppen und Stufen im Haus. Allgemein hätte es sauberer sein können, vorallem der Aussenbereich war etwas schmuddelig. Ohne Auto kann man nur zu Fuss ...
