Charming apartment in the historic center of Palma A "Turismo de Interior" (Interior Tourism) registered accommodation, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca's old town.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old).
It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan layout.
The apartment is on an easily accessible ground floor and features an interior patio.
For families with babies, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request for an additional charge of €10/day.
If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes mainly frequented by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that gives the neighborhood a special character.
House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without a refund of the reservation fee.
Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or if trash is left behind or the apartment is left in an inadequate state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may apply, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out time: until 11:00 AM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation.
Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE).
If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to inform us in advance and send us the vehicle's license plate number, and we will handle the process.
