Accommodation classified as "Inland Tourism" located on a ground floor with a terrace with modern furniture. It is ideal for families with capacity for 2 adults + 1 child up to 14 years old (main bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of 10€/day. If required, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the bedroom and the living room are not separated by a door.



Stylish and fully equipped flat, located in a very quiet area. A/C, smart TV and Wi-Fi included. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A full bathroom.




Private transport is not required, as the place is centrally located. You will be within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born.



In this flat it is possible to leave bicycles in the private inner courtyard.



"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighbourhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for having a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a great presence of urban art.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.



-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridor, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.




-any EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in your party, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the deposit.

- A deposit of 250€ will be retained for the duration of your stay.



"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the protocols of professional cleaning and prevention to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it has no common areas.
